Debby Kruijsen PhD

General Manager

Debby Kruijsen obtained a PhD in immunology at the University of Utrecht, The Netherlands in 2011, studying the role of antibodies in affecting antigen presentation and subsequent Respiratory Syncytial Virus specific T cell activation. In 2012 Debby joined ModiQuest Research as a scientist supervising hybridoma antibody discovery projects. In 2013 Debby was appointed as Head Contract Research of ModiQuest Research were she is responsible for all contract research projects and is a member of the business development group.

Ilse Roodink PhD

General Scientific Project Manager

Ilse Roodink obtained a PhD in Medical Sciences at the Radboud University of Nijmegen, The Netherlands in 2009 and continued her research as a postdoctoral researcher developing an in vitro platform to isolate single domain antibodies specifically recognizing tumor targets in its native conformation using phage display technology. In 2013, Ilse joined ModiQuest Research, an ImmunoPrecise Antibodies, Ltd. Company, as a scientist actively involved in phage display-based antibody discovery projects. She was promoted to General Scientific Project Manager in 2018, were she is responsible for contract research project execution and management within ModiQuest Research.

Nienke Smits

Business Development

As of 2014, Nienke is a member of the business development team of ModiQuest Research supporting client contract R&D projects. Previously, she was working as a researcher in the lab of ModiQuest Research focused on hybridoma generation and transient antibody productions. Nienke has a degree in biochemistry from HAN (Nijmegen, The Netherlands).
